Terms of Service.
These Terms govern access to and use of xcasinos.com (the "Service"), including the public leaderboard, brand pages, checkout, the manage area and related features. By using the Service, creating a listing or completing a payment you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy.
1. Operator
The Service is operated by Good Gaming Group, registered in the British Virgin Islands ("we", "us"). Legally required provider details are on the Imprint.
2. What the Service is
xcasinos is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a gambling-industry brand and to occupy a rank based on the amount paid, according to the Rules. Listings are paid advertisements, not reviews, certifications, endorsements or independent rankings. We do not operate gambling services, do not accept bets and do not hold player funds.
3. What a payment buys
A payment buys the chance to appear on the board at the rank that amount can take at the moment it is confirmed. It does not buy clicks, registrations, deposits, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a given rank, search-engine ranking or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. Today's board counts only spend since midnight UTC. Offers are an additional display feature available to operator categories only while the brand meets the conditions in the Rules (all-time top 20 or spend on today's board); they are not purchased separately and their visibility is not guaranteed. We may change, pause or discontinue features, including categories, offers and ranking formulas, at any time.
4. Eligibility and representations
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. By listing a brand you represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorised to act for it; (b) the brand holds every licence required for the markets it advertises to; (c) the description, tags and offers you publish are accurate, complete as to material terms, and comply with advertising and bonus-promotion law in those markets; (d) any offer marked as exclusive to xcasinos is not available elsewhere; (e) you will not use the Service to target minors, self-excluded persons or jurisdictions where online gambling advertising is prohibited.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Amounts are priced in US dollars. Network fees are yours. Underpayments are credited at the amount received; overpayments are credited to your total. All payments are final and non-refundable. Being outranked, a daily reset, fewer clicks than expected, a disliked category, downtime, or removal of your listing for breach of these Terms or the Rules does not create a refund.
6. Content you provide
You keep ownership of your brand name, logo, description, full details, tags, offers and other content, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service, in share images and in our social posts about the board. We may edit for length or format, fetch metadata and a favicon from your site, and remove content that breaks the Rules.
7. Moderation and removal
We may hide, edit or remove any listing, description, full details, tag or offer at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, regulator blacklisting, misleading wording, chargeback attempts, or legal requests. Removal does not create a refund.
8. Clicks and statistics
Click counts are measured by our redirect and shown publicly. They are an honest count of redirects after basic bot filtering, not an audited metric, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or any outcome from them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about availability, accuracy of brand-provided facts, or results. We are not a party to any transaction between players and brands. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your listing, your licensing status, or your marketing to any jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. The courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
